Answers before you even ask
- What does an Organization AI Operating Model engagement look like?
- The initial engagement runs 90 days: leadership interviews, an organizational AI maturity assessment, opportunity mapping, workshops, governance recommendations, and a prioritized roadmap. At the end, your organization owns a functioning management system — not a stack of recommendations. Most companies continue with ongoing advisory from there.
- Does OAOM include implementation?
- Deliberately not — that separation is the point. OAOM owns AI leadership: strategy, prioritization, governance, and measurement. Execution stays with your internal teams, and when you want the building done by the same firm that installed the operating model, our Custom Solution Development practice picks it up.
- How fast can you start?
- Typically within days to a couple of weeks, depending on current commitments. The first conversation costs nothing and you leave it knowing whether we fit, what we would do first, and roughly what it takes.
- Do you work alongside existing engineering teams?
- Yes — most of our work is embedded with in-house teams. We integrate with your tooling and process, raise the bar while we are there, and make sure everything we build is documented and owned by your engineers when we leave.
- Who actually does the work?
- The people you meet. Agilevent is deliberately senior-only and founder-led: the consultant who scopes your project builds your project. No account-manager layer, no hand-off to a junior bench.
- Where do you work from?
- Agilevent is a remote consultancy based in the United States and works with clients worldwide. We have delivered for globally distributed teams for over a decade, and we travel on-site when the work calls for it.
