Singer put a sewing machine in homes around the world and has 175 years of mechanical heritage behind its name. Agilevent helped the brand cross into its next era: we helped develop the first Singer smart sewing machine, where patterns, stitches, and threads are applied from software rather than dials.
That machine became the SINGER® Smart Heavy Duty 9120 — the company’s first mobile-enabled Heavy Duty machine. The phone becomes the control center of the sewing experience: stitch selection from the app, real-time adjustments while sewing, guided support, and an embroidery-ready platform for pattern expansion.
Connected-hardware software is its own discipline. The app and the machine have to behave as one product — a 175-year-old mechanical experience, made programmable without losing what people trust about it. That’s the line we engineered along.
